* Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive finance systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), data warehouses, and analytical tools to support organizational goals.
 * Oversee the integration of advanced analytics platforms such as Tableau and machine learning models to improve financial insights and forecasting accuracy.
 * Manage cloud-based infrastructure on platforms like AWS, ensuring scalable and secure data storage solutions.
 * Collaborate with IT teams to develop and optimize database architectures using Oracle, Microsoft 365 Server, SBS, ERP Migration, and other financial systems.
 * Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies.
 * Provide leadership in training staff on new systems and analytical tools to maximize their effectiveness in financial decision-making.
