This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious growing business with a proven track record. Reporting to the current Self Store Manager, you will support inbound customer enquiries and assist prospective customers with storage solutions and support the existing customer base at Squab Storage Bridgwater. Role Responsibilities * Supporting inbound enquiries and assisting customers through each stage of the booking and onboarding process, under the guidance of site management. * Handling all inbound customer enquiries promptly and efficiently including web, email, phone and face to face. Ensuring that all enquiries are logged accurately and followed up within the agreed timescales. * Providing customers visiting the site with a tour of the facilities and assisting them in understanding suitable storage options. * Assisting customers through standard sales administration process, including the completion of paperwork, ID checks and any additional sales are handled correctly, and entered into our customer management database. * Dealing with routine customer enquiries relating to their contract or account in a timely manner.
