## About the Role

* A minimum of two years IT Support experience
 * Strong teamwork and collaboration
 * Excellent user liaison skills
 * Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
 * Good problem solver
 * To be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

The role will include

 * Technical support enquiries
 * Device configuration
 * Managing a M365 environment
 * Configuring all anti-virus software, operating systems
 * Hardware/software support

## Description

My clients needs to recruit, for an initial six month fixed term contract (you will be on their payroll) a very good 1st and 2nd Line IT Support professional who can demonstrate experience in the following areas:

 * M365, including Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint
 * MS Intune
 * MS Windows
 * Understanding of Access Control technology
