## About the Role

We're keen to hear from professionals with:

 * Significant experience in VMware engineering and enterprise virtualization environments.
 * Strong hands-on expertise with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
 * Experience with VMware Aria Suite, SRM and ideally NSX and/or AVI technologies.
 * Knowledge of hybrid cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
 * Understanding of networking, storage technologies and Active Directory.
 * Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Python or Terraform.
 * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.

## Description

As a Senior VMware Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our infrastructure modernisation initiatives, responsible for:

 * Designing, deploying and optimising VMware environments, including VCF 5.x and above.
 * Implementing and managing VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) and the VMware Aria Suite, including vRealize Operations, Automation, Log Insight and NSX.
 * Delivering resilient, scalable and secure hybrid cloud solutions.
 * Troubleshooting complex infrastructure challenges across compute, networking and storage.
 * Driving automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform or similar technologies.
 * Producing high-quality architecture and technical documentation (HLDs and LLDs).
 * Providing technical leadership and mentoring to colleagues across infrastructure teams.
 * Supporting platform resilience, modernisation and operational excellence in secure environments.
