The Role The Direct Technical Controller will be responsible for the effective day-to-day planning and scheduling of engineers' routes and workloads across reactive and planned maintenance contracts. The role will involve liaising with customers, engineers, internal service teams, suppliers and subcontractors, while acting as a central point of contact between all parties.
