Desirable Skills and Attributes: * Previous Helpdesk/IT Support (telephone/remote support) experience. * Existing professional certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure (or working towards) * Experience of Firewall and Network Security Technologies * Experience of Hyper-V, VMWare and Storage. * Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration / Migrations * Strong understanding TCP/IP networking, including experience with routing, VLAN, VPN, Wireless. * Experience of VOIP telephony systems. * Automation and Scripting using PowerShell * 'Hands on' approach and a willingness to learn. * Flexible, pro-active approach to solving customer IT issues. * Cyber Security Experience and familiarity with Cyber Essentials Certification Protocols We'd be especially interested in candidates who have, or are working towards their Microsoft Certifications., * IT Support: 3 years (required) ## Description We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technical Team in designing and delivering Microsoft 365 / Azure cloud solutions to new and existing customers, as well as deploying and supporting on-premise systems. The successful applicant must be a team player and previous MSP experience will be essential. Day to day you'll * talk clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues * troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, replacing parts as required * provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports * demonstrate your experience in Microsoft 365 Administration and Troubleshooting * support the roll-out of new applications * deal with escalations from our team of IT Technicians This role is varied, and no two days are the same.
