You'll own the React/TypeScript front end of our platform end-to-end, from performant, low-latency on-site experiences to the internal tools our teams use to configure and monitor AI agents, working closely with the backend engineers (Go, C#/.NET) and AI/ML teams who power them. This is a great opportunity to work in an environment that embraces cutting-edge technologies, with a strong focus on React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture for AI-powered products. Exposure to, or an appetite to pick up, Go and/or C#/.NET is a genuine plus, since you'll frequently be working across the API boundary with those services., * Designing and building modern, performant front-end applications using React and TypeScript, including AI-powered and agentic user experiences (real-time personalisation, recommendations, conversational/agent interfaces) * Translating intent scoring, decisioning, and analytics outputs from our AI/agentic services into clear, responsive, and delightful UI * Collaborating closely with backend engineers on Go and C#/.NET services to help shape clean, well-documented APIs that serve the front end well * Building and maintaining reusable component libraries and design-system foundations across our product suite * Optimising for performance, accessibility, and reliability, including in edge/onsite personalisation contexts where flicker and load time are critical * Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, component-driven design) * Collaborating within an agile, Scrum-driven team, participating in sprints and planning sessions * Contributing to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring production front-end systems * Engaging in peer code reviews and mentoring junior engineers to support knowledge-sharing and team growth, When it comes to recruitment, we're interested in your work experience, skills, and overall personality.
