You'll also have: * Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and MacOS environments. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. * Experience administering Azure, Entra ID or Active Directory. * Exposure to Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management platforms. * Experience provisioning end-user devices and onboarding users. * Understanding of security concepts including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access. * Experience working with ITSM platforms such as Atlassian or similar ticketing systems. * Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills. * A proactive approach with a desire to continuously learn and improve. Desirable Experience * Windows Server administration. * iOS and iPadOS support. * JAMF or similar MacOS MDM solutions. * Linux administration (Ubuntu/CentOS). * Group Policy configuration and troubleshooting. * Writing PowerShell scripts., Due to the nature of this role, applicants must hold active UK Security Clearance (SC) or be eligible to work within a Security Cleared environment if specified by the client. The Opportunity As a Support Engineer, you'll play an important role in supporting and maintaining secure IT environments, providing both desk-side and remote support across a range of technologies. Working closely with engineers, architects and delivery teams, you'll help ensure users receive an exceptional support experience while contributing to the reliability, security and continuous improvement of critical systems.
