* Umfassende Projekterfahrung im SAP HCM Bereich sowie ein tiefes Verständnis der HR-Prozesse im Human Resource Management (SAP HXM)
 * Mehrjährige Expertise in der Betreuung von SAP HCM Modulen oder in der SAP HCM Beratung, insbesondere mit Fokus auf SAP HCM PY (Payroll) und / oder SAP HCM PT. Zudem fundierte Kenntnisse im Customizing der SAP HCM Abrechnung bzw. Zeitwirtschaft
 * Engagierte und kommunikative Beraterpersönlichkeit, die durch eine strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise überzeugt. Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen sind Ihnen wichtig
 * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung sowie exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Mitwirkung an SAP HCM Projekten: Sie unterstützen bei SAP HCM Projekten und und fungieren als erste Anlaufstelle für die Personalabteilung sowie externe Dienstleister.
 * SAP HCM Inhouse Beratung: Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Betreuung und Optimierung der Personalabrechnung (SAP HCM PY), der Zeitwirtschaft (SAP HCM PT), der Personaladministration (SAP HCM PA) und Organisationsmanagement (SAP HCM OM).
 * Erfassung der SAP-spezifischen Anforderungen im SAP HCM Modul sowie fortlaufende Prozessoptimierung und Umsetzung von SAP HCM Customizing.
 * Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und -behebungen im SAP HCM PY und SAP HCM PT 2nd Level Support. Zudem organisieren und leiten Sie Schulungen für SAP HCM Anwender.
