 * Du verfügst idealerweise über gute Kenntnisse in Azure-Grundlagen, z. B. Monitoring, Compute/VMs, Storage sowie Backup & Restore; PowerShell-Skills sind ein Plus\n
 * Du kennst dich mit ITIL-Prozessen (Incident/Change/Problem) sowie Ticket- und Wissensmanagement aus und dokumentierst strukturiert\n
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift\n
 * Du bist bereit für Schichtdienst (Früh/Spät/Nacht, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen)\n
