 * Databricks & Cloudplattformen: Du bringst fundierte Projekterfahrung mit Databricks mit. Kenntnisse in Azure oder AWS sowie weiteren Cloud-Datenplattformen wie Snowflake sind von Vorteil.
 * Technologien & Datenbanken: Du arbeitest sicher mit SQL und idealerweise mit Python. Zudem kennst du relationale oder multidimensionale Datenbanken wie Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Exasol oder PostgreSQL sowie Datenintegrations- und Streaming-Technologien wie Apache Kafka.
 * Analytics & Methodik: Du hast Erfahrung mit Anforderungsanalysen sowie mit der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Reporting-, Analyse- und Dashboard-Lösungen. Agile Vorgehensmodelle sind dir vertraut.
 * GenAI & Flexibilität: Erste Kenntnisse in LLMs, Embeddings, Vector Databases, RAG-Architekturen oder Agenten-Frameworks wie Databricks Mosaic AI, LangChain oder Azure OpenAI Service sind ein Plus. Du arbeitest überwiegend remote und bist für Workshops, Sprintwechsel oder weitere Kundentermine reisebereit.
