## About the Role

* Successfully completed vocational training with a focus on electrical engineering and relevant professional experience, alternatively a qualification as a technician|Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with a similar professional focus
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems 10|11 and MS Server 2022 & 2025 is required
 * Confident in the use of computer hardware and software
 * Network and IT administrator skills are desirable
 * Process understanding of complex automation systems
 * Experience in the pharmaceutical | biotechnology environment are desirable
 * Strong communication skills and work at a high-level Service- and solution-oriented
 * Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, knowledge of German is an advantage
 * Flexibility for travel in EMEA for up to 20%

## Description

* Responsible for technical advice regarding the application possibilities and expandability of the SCADA system Biobrain® Supervise
 * Advise and support service employees on a global level regarding the SCADA system in the event of technical problems
 * Support the development departments through product release processes
 * Close cooperation with the Quality and Development departments rounds off your range of tasks
