## Description

Operate and maintain high-availability virtualization environments, with a strong focus on Citrix
Administer and optimize Microsoft-based server environments
Manage Windows Server 2016-2022
Work with Microsoft technologies including Exchange, MS SQL, and related applications
Troubleshoot, improve, and ensure the reliability of critical IT systems
Collaborate closely with Managed Hosting, Network, and Data Center teams
Occasionally support customer environments on-site when required
