Microsoft Dynamics Consultant (m/w/d)
Diese Herausforderungen übernimmst du

 * Du unterstützt spannende Digitalisierungsprojekte rund um Microsoft Dynamics 365 und die Power Plattform - insbesondere im Bereich Energie- und Versorgungswirtschaft
 * Du berätst bei der technischen Konzeption und dem Customizing von CRM-Lösungen und bereitest die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungsteam vor
 * Du entwickelst Tools zur Automatisierung von Vertriebs- und Kundenprozessen, z.B. zur Portfolio-Zusammenstellung oder zur Kampagnensteuerung
 * Du begleitest die Einführung von Dynamics 365 zur Optimierung der Kundenbetreuung und Vertriebsprozesse - von der Lead-Erfassung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
 * Du digitalisierst End-to-End-Prozesse im Vertrieb, z.B. im Bereich E-Procurement, Angebotsmanagement oder Produktkonfiguration
 * Du arbeitest an der Integration externer Systeme und Services, z.B. zur Output-Erstellung oder zur Anbindung von Drittanbietern
