* Mindset über Urkunden: Eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) ist super - als motivierter Quereinsteiger mit richtig gutem IT-Verständnis und technischem Drive bist du uns aber genauso willkommen!
 * Tech-Skills: Windows-Clients, MS Office / Microsoft 365 und gängige Hardware sind dein Zuhause. Idealweise hast du schon mal ein Ticketsystem von innen gesehen.
 * Kommunikationstalent: Du hast Bock auf Menschen. Auch wenn es mal brennt, bleibst du der Fels in der Brandung und erklärst IT-Lösungen verständlich (ohne Fach-Chinesisch).

## Description

* Erste Anlaufstelle: Du nimmst IT-Anfragen (Hard- und Software) per Ticket, Mail oder Telefon entgegen und löst sie mit einem Lächeln - egal ob der Verkaufsberater im Autohaus, der Kollege in der Logistik oder der Konstrukteur im Fahrzeugbau deine Hilfe braucht.
 * Troubleshooting: Du installierst, konfigurierst und verteilst PCs, Laptops, Smartphones und Peripheriegeräte (Drucker, Scanner etc.).
 * Umfeld mit Vielfalt: Du verwaltest Benutzerrechte, richtest neue Accounts ein und begleitest das Onboarding neuer FSN-Teammitglieder.
 * Teamwork: Komplexe Probleme dokumentierst du sauber und leitest sie an deine Kollegen im 2nd-Level-Support weiter.
