## Description

* Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Partner und löst technische Anfragen rund um unsere UC-Produkte via Mail, Telefon und Fernwartung.
 * Du analysierst systematisch technische Herausforderungen in den Bereichen VoIP, Linux sowie Netzwerk und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen.
 * In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, QA und 3rd-Level-Support reproduzierst Du Fehler und dokumentierst den gesamten Prozess nachvollziehbar in Jira.
 * Du teilst Dein Wissen aktiv mit unseren Partnern, indem Du technische Workshops und Vorträge vorbereitest und durchführst.
