* Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit einschlägiger Erfahrung
 * Erfahrung im Change- und/oder Incident-Management in komplexen IT Landschaften - idealerweise in Banken oder regulierten Umgebungen
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL Prozessen (Change, Incident, Problem) - ITIL-Zertifizierung (Foundation oder höher) wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung mit Major Incident-Management und Krisen-Kommunikation
 * Praxiserfahrung in der Nutzung und Konfiguration von ITSM Tools (SMAX, JIRA)
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Release und Deployment-Prozessen sowie dem Change- und Risikomanagement
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Kenntnis regulatorischer Anforderungen in der Finanzbranche (z. B. DORA, BAIT, MaRisk, DSGVO) ist von Vorteil

## Description

* Verantwortung für das IT Incident-Management - Koordination der Incident Bearbeitung bei Major Incidents und Eskalationen
 * Durchführung und Koordination von Post Incident Analysen (Root Cause Analysis) und Ableitung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen
 * Steuerung und Koordination des gesamten Change-Management-Prozesses - von der Initiierung über Bewertung, Genehmigung bis zur Nachverfolgung von Changes (Standard, Normal, Emergency), unter Einhaltung der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen
 * Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Change- und Incident-Prozesse
 * Fachliche Weiterentwicklung der genutzten Tools für Change- und Incident-Management (OpenText SMAX, JIRA)
 * Schulung und Coaching von Stakeholdern zu Prozessen, Risikoabschätzung und Best Practices
