## About the Role

Do you have experience in Public Cloud?, * Background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis

 * Experience with Windows PC and Server operating systems
 * Proven working experience in Microsoft and other enterprise-grade products and services such as Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and similar platforms
 * Familiarity with cloud systems such as Microsoft Azure
 * Experience with servicing Firewalls
 * Networking knowledge (OSI networks layers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing)
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort working with all levels of an organization.
 * Reliable transportation

## Description

* Provides escalation support and incoming tickets assistance for the service delivery team as needed and based on availability
 * Answers calls as needed and interacts with clients and vendors
 * Troubleshoot and resolve a wide array of technical issues
 * Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools
 * Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures
 * Deals with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders
 * Develops and maintain documentation for procedures
 * Assists other departments with additional tasks as needed
 * Participate in a rotation based on call schedule
