## Description

* Strategieberater*in: Du analysierst bestehende SAP HCM-Systeme (on-premise, hybrid, Drittanbieter) und bewertest Systemarchitekturen, Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse
 * Transformationsgestalter*in: Du identifizierst technische und prozessuale Schwachstellen, entwickelst Roadmaps zur Systemharmonisierung/-transformation und definierst Transformationsszenarien (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid)
 * Cloud-Expert*in: Du führst Cloud Readiness Assessments durch, bewertest HR-Prozesse hinsichtlich Cloud-Fähigkeit und erstellst Business Cases für Cloud-Migrationen
 * Berater*in & Moderatorin: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit HR und IT das HR-IT Zielbild, berätst zu Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen und unterstützt bei der Toolauswahl (SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP HCM for S/4HANA)
 * Projektmanager*in: Du steuerst Projekte, unterstützt bei Audit-Vorbereitungen, entwirfst Governance-Strukturen und begleitest interne Kontrollen
