 * Annahme, Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Support-Tickets
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Computern, Geräten, Software und Hardware
 * Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung technischer Probleme
 * Schulung neuer Systemnutzer und Einrichtung von Benutzerkonten
 * Überwachung der Server-, Software- und Hardwareleistung
 * Unterstützung im Bereich Cyber Security
 * Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation
