 * Du stehst den internen Fachbereichen als technischer Experte zur Seite, analysierst deren Anforderungen und übersetzt sie in passgenaue CRM-Lösungen.
 * Du begleitest CRM Projekte von der ersten Konzeption bis zum Go-live.
 * Du schreibst sauberen Code: Neben klassischem Customizing erstellst du Plug-ins und steuerst komplexe Datenflüsse über Azure Functions und Azure Logic Apps .
 * Du bindest Fremdsoftware und Cloud-Dienste über gängige Schnittstellen (REST, SOAP) an.
 * Du treibst die sinnvolle Nutzung der Power Platform im Unternehmen voran.
