## Description

* Betreuung des First- und Second-Level-Supports über das Ticket-System und die Hotline.

Wartung und Austausch der IT-Ausstattung der Anwender, einschließlich der Peripheriegeräte vor Ort.
Übernahme von Aufgaben in den Bereichen VPN-Zugänge, verteiltes WLAN und Mobile Device Management (MDM).
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Office 365-Strategie.
Pflege der zentralen Softwareverteilung.
Verantwortung für die Administration der Microsoft-Infrastruktur in virtualisierten Umgebungen (VMware).
Überwachung und Wartung der IT-Netzwerke.
