* Projekt-Roadmaps, Zeitpläne und Budgets definieren und pflegen; Meilensteine und Teilergebnisse nachverfolgen
 * Funktionsübergreifende Teams, die an den Projekten mitarbeiten, aufeinander abstimmen und koordinieren.
 * Erfassung, Priorisierung und Dokumentation von Projektanforderungen gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern.
 * Identifikation und Minderung von Risiken; Durchsetzung von Qualitätsstandards, Teststrategien und CI/CD-Pipelines.
 * Kommunikation des Projektfortschritts an die Stakeholder; Erstellung von Statusberichten und Briefings für die Geschäftsleitung.
