## Description

1. Entwicklung komplexer, performanter und skalierbarer Softwarelösungen in C++
 2. Vorantreiben der Automatisierung, Erstellung aussagekräftiger Unit- und Integrationstests (z. B. mit Catch2) sowie Optimierung der CI/CD-Pipelines
 3. Fachliche Führung von Junior- und Mid-Level-Entwickler:innen sowie Förderung ihrer Entwicklung durch aktives Mentoring
 4. Technische Ansprechperson bei komplexen Fragestellungen sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Pair-Programming-Sessions
 5. Weiterentwicklung einer bestehenden Qt-Anwendung
 6. Eigenständige Ableitung von Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Nutzern und Schnittstellenpartnern
 7. Abstimmung mit Schnittstellenpartnern
 8. Erstellung von Dokumentation und Bedienungsanleitung
