Supports user troubleshooting for Empower system issues and functionality.
Trains users on Empower usage and configuration.
Applies subject matter expertise in Empower functionality and architecture.
Understands cost, schedule, and earned value principles for system configuration.
Performs IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report) reporting.
Implements earned value management (EVM) processes within the Empower system.
Maintains and supports Empower system for earned value management operations.
