This role serves as the primary liaison between the design team and cross-functional areas including vehicle program management, engineering, and manufacturing., * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. * Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive engineering, product development, or program management. * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical programs from concept through launch. * Strong understanding of vehicle systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering development cycles. * Experience with issue resolution, change management, and supplier coordination. * Proficiency in tools such as CAD (e.g., CATIA, NX), PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter), and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel and support onsite launch activities at manufacturing plants., * Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * 8+ years of experience in OEM product development or technical program management. * Experience with vehicle launch, warranty analysis, and post-launch quality improvement. * Familiarity with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), APQP, FMEA, and other quality tools. * Demonstrated success in value optimization and cost reduction initiatives. * Experience managing supplier relationships and leading sourcing/tooling activities. * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in automotive engineering. * Ability to interpret and manage technical specifications and design change requests. ## Description * Program Leadership: Drive technical program execution from development through end-of-life, ensuring alignment across all functional teams. * System Integration: Ensure systems meet all functional and performance requirements while achieving targets for cost, weight, investment, timing, and quality. * Issue Resolution & Support: Lead resolution of engineering and quality issues throughout all program phases.
