## About the Role

* Degree in Design or Mechanical Engineering; 2 years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

## Description

* Design engineered solutions for customer applications following best practice guidelines.
 * Support and collaborate with multiple project teams.
 * Create 3D CAD models and drawings following technical standards and material specifications.
 * Define and analyze test results to confirm the functional capability of the design.
 * Collaborate and coordinate engineering activities with German colleagues.
 * Prepare, build, and optimize lines for prototypes and test vehicles.
 * Interface with customer - as required for product specifications.
 * Design product and components to meet functional, manufacturability, quality, cost, and performance targets.
 * Support Development Engineers with necessary engineering and drafting tasks as requested.
 * Follow all Quality Management Systems, the Environmental Management Systems, and, when applicable, support VOSS Automotive Mexico in adhering to their systems as well.
