Transparently, If you don't like people, this might not be for you. - Strong communication and people skills; must enjoy working with diverse groups. - Dependable transportation and punctuality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Limited technical skills required; training will be provided for iPad, computer, and design studio use. - Social media skills are a plus, but not required-training available. ## Description Greet, Entertain and Host: Welcome guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and set the tone for their escape room experience. - Game Facilitation: Guide guests through the escape room process, providing instructions and ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Monitor games via camera, offer hints when necessary, and keep the experience fun and challenging. - Room Reset and Maintenance: Reset escape rooms after each game, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for the next group. This includes some light technical work and using tools like iPads and computers. - Customer Engagement: Interact with guests before and after their experience, gathering feedback, taking photos, and ensuring they leave with a smile. - Social Media Contribution: Contribute to our social media presence by helping to create content, capturing memorable moments, and engaging with our online community (training provided if needed). - Flexible Scheduling: Work primarily on weekends, with some flexibility in scheduling. Weekend availability is mandatory.
