## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
 * Bachelor's degree in network engineering, information systems, computer engineering, or related technical field. Relevant professional experience can substitute in lieu of degree.
 * 5+ years' experience in the following technical areas:
 + System Administration or systems engineering in a Linux-heavy environment.
 + Experience supporting DevOps Infrastructure
 + Experience in the build, operations, and sustainment of LAN/WAN networks
 + Experience Implementing DOD Cyber Security requirements.
 + Experience with physical compute and networking hardware
 * Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and evaluating alternatives to solve complex problems.

Nice To Have:

 * Exposure to Infiband networks and configuration
 * Experience with Juniper Network and Security Platforms

## Description

* Install, configure, and sustain Linux operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
 * Assist in the design and provisioning of the enterprise network environment.
 * Prepare and deliver both program and user level documentation for system operations.
 * Provide technical systems support for project activities.
 * Monitor for performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
 * Interact with members of the technical team leads.
 * Understand the current system, subsystems, and component specifications and be able to use experience to recommend changes to facilitate efficient and effective development.
 * Communicate and share expertise within and across the client's organizational boundaries.
 * Work both independently and in small groups
