You'll shape frontend architecture, deliver complex features end to end, and raise engineering standards across our team., Experience: 4+ years building and operating production software, demonstrating senior-level judgment and ownership. * Core Stack Mastery: Deep experience with React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * MUI Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of Material UI (MUI), including theming, reusable components, accessibility, and design-system patterns. * Design System Ownership: Experience building, evolving, and maintaining component libraries used across multiple products or teams. * Clean Code & Architecture: Proven ability to write clean, well-tested, secure code with reusable, well-documented components and stable APIs. * Debugging & Performance: Experience troubleshooting complex frontend issues across browsers, APIs, state management, and production environments. * Execution & Communication: Comfort leading work across team boundaries and explaining technical decisions clearly to both engineers and non-engineers. * Curiosity: A drive to investigate root causes, question assumptions, learn quickly, and find better ways to solve real user problems. Specialized Experience AI Experience * Integration: Hands-on experience building AI-enabled features (LLM integrations, agentic workflows, retrieval, tool calling, or AI-assisted UX). * Production Concerns: Deep understanding of quality measurement/evaluation, prompt management, latency, cost, privacy, security, observability, and fallback states. * Trustworthy Interface Design: Ability to design streaming responses, citations, review/edit flows, error handling, and meaningful human control. * Pragmatic Approach: Stays current with AI tools and applies them thoughtfully to solve real customer problems.
