## About the Role

* Active security clearance (Secret or higher)
 * Workday certification in one or more modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Time Tracking, etc.)
 * 5+ years of experience in Workday implementation or support roles
 * Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations
 * Experience supporting Workday in a federal or government contracting environment
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience working within a government or regulated industry
 * Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
 * Workday Studio or integration experience is a plus
 * Ability to obtain additional clearance if needed

## Description

* Lead or support Workday implementations, enhancements, and integrations
 * Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to design and configure Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Time Tracking, etc.)
 * Perform functional and technical analysis of business requirements and translate into Workday solutions
 * Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
 * Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation
 * Ensure compliance with federal security and data governance standards
