In addition to being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both the customer and the team, the SAP PM Consultant will act as a trusted partner to the business and key stakeholders, providing expertise in solution design, implementation, and best practices. * Taking overall responsibility of the delivery activities of the domain such as planning and delivery scheduling, tasks allocation follow-up, validate key deliverables, ensure the delivery quality is in line and compliant with the client policies, service levels, governance procedures, and the industry guidelines. * Acting as the customer Subject Matter Expert in scope of the domain of application (activities, evolutions, issues…). * Manage and report on the Domain delivery progress, impacts, risks, and issues. * Provide direction and guidance to the team; seek for productivity and quality improvement. * Drive workshops preparation and animation., * Strategic Exposure: Work closely with Capgemini and client leadership on high-impact transformation programs. * Diverse & Innovative Projects: Contribute to complex, multi-industry initiatives that challenge and grow your expertise. * Learning & Growth: Access to exclusive partner events, certifications, and leadership programs.
