Microsoft Manager (MIM) support experience
Strong SQL Server / T-SQL troubleshooting skills
.NET application support (logs, configuration, services)
Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos & authentication technologies
Incident, problem and change management experience

You will provide L2 production support for Microsoft Manager (MIM) and related IAM services, troubleshooting incidents, supporting integration's, and working with engineering teams to deliver permanent fixes
