The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. ## Description U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Product Lead to drive the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of data and analytics products supporting key business segments. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, identifying opportunities to leverage data, analytics, and automation to improve decision making and business outcomes. he individual will lead a portfolio of data and analytics products-including dashboards, reports, data products, and workflow solutions-through the full product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and requirements definition through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. The role provides leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, guiding developers, engineers, and other technology partners to deliver scalable, governed, and business-aligned solutions. While primarily focused on product leadership, the individual may also contribute to solution design, prototyping, and development activities as needed.
