## Description

* Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients/customers in a timely manner
 * Review billing data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
 * Work closely with the sales, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure correct billing information
 * Maintain and update customer billing records and files
 * Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
 * Respond to billing inquiries from customers and internal staff
 * Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting as needed
 * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
