## About the Role

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred.

Experience supporting:
o Windows 10 & Windows 11
o Microsoft 365 / Oice
o Active Directory
o Desktop and laptop management
o SAP (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills involving hardware, software, and networking.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to users of varying technical abilities.
Experience in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other FDA-regulated environment is a plus.
CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and computer equipment.
Manage and resolve help desk tickets while documenting solutions and resolutions.
Assist users with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
Set up new workstations, user accounts, and IT equipment.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT sta when necessary.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Follow company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Assist with additional IT projects and responsibilities as assigned.
