 * Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
 * Ability to diagnose connectivity issues and work with networked devices.
 * Understanding of remote desktop tools (e.g., RDP, Teams, LogMeIn)
