Technical Knowledge (Required) * Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design. * Familiarity with front-end frameworks or component libraries. * Understanding of accessibility requirements (508/WCAG) and semantic coding. * Experience with version control (Git) and structured front-end workflows. Technical Knowledge (Preferred) * Experience with CMS-driven environments. * Familiarity with federal or DoD digital environments. * Experience with performance optimization tools or continuous integration workflows. Skills * Strong attention to detail in UI, formatting, and accessibility. * Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. * Ability to balance iterative fixes with long-term front-end improvements. * Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality updates under deadlines. ## Description DecisionPoint seeks a Front-End Developer to support UI enhancements, accessibility compliance improvements, formatting corrections, and content-related code updates for a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. This role is central to ensuring that digital properties remain user-friendly, visually consistent, accessible, and aligned with enterprise design and content standards. The Front-End Developer works closely with designers, content managers, UX specialists, and backend engineers to implement interface changes, optimize user experience, and contribute to structured, maintainable front-end code.
