* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
 * Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst
 * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
 * Solid SQL experience and working knowledge of relational databases
 * Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar
 * Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and best practices
 * Strong analytical skills with experience working on complex datasets
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
 * Experience in the corporate travel industry is considered an asset

## Description

Join a forward-thinking analytics team as a Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst II, where your work will directly influence decision-making for key stakeholders in the corporate travel space. You'll transform complex datasets into powerful insights using advanced BI tools and AI-assisted workflows. This role offers the opportunity to innovate with emerging technologies, shape reporting strategy, and deliver high-impact dashboards that drive real business outcomes., * Design, develop, and optimize advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

 * Ensure BI solutions are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to stakeholder needs
 * Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Claude Code) to accelerate development and automate workflows
 * Develop and refine prompts to generate accurate outputs from AI tools for analytics and reporting
 * Conduct deep data analysis to uncover trends and deliver actionable business insights
 * Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries within relational databases
 * Apply AI-assisted coding tools to improve efficiency and accelerate development
 * Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and present data-driven insights clearly
 * Generate impactful data narratives, including AI-assisted summaries and reports
