The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with copper and fiber cabling, troubleshooting physical IT infrastructure, and maintaining uptime in high-availability environments. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our data center meets its service level agreements (SLAs) and operates efficiently 24/7., + Person in this role is expected to rigorously follow accepted Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), current ASHRAE and TIA Data Center Standards and Best Practices + Point-in-time accuracy of all DC Assets, and asset tracking + Work in partnership within Facility team to coordinate preventative maintenance on owned systems which support the data center + Monitor and maintain data center environmental systems (power, cooling, rack management, connectivity) to ensure consistent uptime + Support provisioning, migrations, and decommissioning of IT equipment + Collaborate with network and systems teams to resolve incidents promptly and meet SLA performance targets. + Document all work activity, update asset databases, and maintain accurate equipment labeling + Participate in on-call rotations or scheduled maintenance windows as required + Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, corporate policies and procedures including Information Protection (IP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, ISO, PCI, SOC, and NIST.
