You'll work on interactive simulations that bring training scenarios to life, helping agencies improve decision-making, communication, and outcomes in critical moments. This role is an opportunity to grow your skills in Unity and real-time 3D development while contributing to products that have meaningful real-world impact. You will join an interdisciplinary team that is tackling the biggest challenges in public safety training head-on, including immersive VR-based empathy and de-escalation training to help officers engage with the communities they serve with greater awareness and safety. About the Team Our VR team builds immersive training that helps public safety professionals better serve their communities. We work closely with law enforcement, community stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure our products are both effective and responsible. We value collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning. The team is highly cross-functional, bringing together engineers, artists, designers, and researchers to create meaningful experiences., Location: This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
