## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interactive design, or equivalent
 * 5+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience
 * Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
 * Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
 * Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
 * Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
 * Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
 * Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
 * Demonstrated expertise in designing for AI and Generative AI experiences, and portfolio examples of AI powered interface design, including conversational and predictive AI experiences, * 3+ years of mass-market consumer web / mobile products experience
 * Experience shipping innovative, successful consumer products
 * Experience designing native mobile experiences (iOS, Android, and Kindle) and mobile-optimized websites
 * Experience designing micro-animations, Lottie animation, and/or motion designs
 * Experience creating user personas, journey maps, and behavioral archetypes to inform mobile design decisions
