## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
 * Minimum four (4) years of professional experience developing software applications, analytics solutions, or AI/ML systems.
 * Experience with Python application development.
 * Experience developing APIs and backend services using Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
 * Experience with front-end development using JavaScript and modern web technologies.
 * Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
 * Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Haystack, AutoGen, or similar platforms.
 * Active IRS MBI Clearance Required.

## Description

* Develop and enhance NLP and text analytics capabilities supporting document classification, topic modeling, text clustering, summarization, information extraction, and named entity recognition.
 * Support integration of NLP capabilities with enterprise datasets, analytical platforms, and operational systems.
 * Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled applications using modern software development practices.
 * Develop front-end user interfaces utilizing JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
 * Build and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI., To enhance efficiency, fairness, and accuracy, Analytica may use AI-assisted tools to support certain aspects of our hiring process.
 * Application Review: AI tools may help identify skills and experiences relevant to the role.
 * Interview Support: AI-powered notetaking tools may be used during interviews to document discussions and summarize key points.

These tools are used to assist our team. All hiring decisions are made by Analytica recruiters and hiring managers.
