## About the Role

Stella Industries, LLC is looking for a Project Information Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have experience with building customer data books, strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat in a fabrication office setting.

**Must have experience with building fabrication data books** Please do not apply if you do not have prior experience., * Previous experience in building data books, document control & administrative support.

 * Strong organizational and time management skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * High level of attention to detail and accuracy., * Fabrication Data Book building: 3 years (Required)

## Description

* Building & submitting customer data books.
 * Organize & maintain company documentation.
 * Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
 * Greet and assist visitors.
