We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 10+ years of overall experience to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of high quality products. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who coaches teams, removes impediments, and ensures Agile best practices are followed across the organization., * 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master

 * Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks
 * Experience working with cross functional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX)
 * Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
 * Proven ability to coach teams and foster a collaborative culture
 * Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
 * Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments

## Description

* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
 * Coach multiple Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and practices
 * Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals
 * Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and ensure well defined user stories
 * Promote continuous improvement and high team performance
 * Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress
 * Engage with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
 * Support scaling of Agile practices across programs or portfolios
