MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 3+ years of UX/UI design experience for web, SaaS, or mobile applications. * Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. * Experience with wireframes, user flows, personas, and interactive prototypes. * Knowledge of responsive design and design systems (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design, Angular). * Experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps or Jira. * Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles. * Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE * Experience owning and maintaining enterprise design systems. * Experience establishing and governing UX/UI standards across multiple products or teams. * Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and customer interviews. * Experience designing large-scale, enterprise, or transaction-based applications. * Experience developing reusable UI components and pattern libraries with engineering teams. * Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and advocate for user-centered design. * Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices. * Ability to quickly learn complex business domains and emerging technologies. ## Description The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-focused digital experiences that solve customer problems and support business goals.
