## About the Role

* Required: Hands-on experience listing and managing products on eBay or similar online marketplaces (title/keyword optimization, item specifics, pricing research, storefront management)
 * Comfortable creating engaging, authentic video content
 * Strong follow-through - responsive, organized, and doesn't let leads go cold
 * Self-motivated and able to manage a daily content/listing workload independently
 * Interest in home improvement products a plus, but not required

## Description

Stu's Home Improvement Outlet is looking for a driven, self-starter to grow our online presence and internet sales channel. This role owns our eBay and online marketplace listings, creates daily social media video content that brings the store to life, and follows up on leads to close additional sales. You'll be the engine of our internet sales business - a rare mix of e-commerce operations, content creation, and sales.

What You'll Do

 * Online Listings (Primary Focus): Create, optimize, and manage product listings on eBay, Facebook and other online marketplaces - titles, keywords, item specifics, pricing, and photos - to maximize visibility and sales.
 * Inventory Accuracy: Keep online listings in sync with actual in-store inventory and pricing, shipping and
 * Daily Video Content: Film and post daily social media videos showcasing products, deals, store life, and behind-the-scenes content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
 * Lead Follow-Up: Respond to and follow up on online inquiries and leads in a timely, professional manner to convert them into sales
 * Revenue Growth: Own internet sales as a revenue channel and look for new ways to grow it
 * Brand Presence: Help build the store's personality and reputation online
