Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Computer Systems Programming classifications or Computer Systems Programming specialty codes in the Information Technology field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience., * Experience supporting the Maryland Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) or another States MMIS. * Experience in IBM z/OS mainframe application development and support. * Experience and proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, ISPF and TSO. * Experience with debugging and performance tools such as Xpeditor, File-AID and QMF. * Experience with Information Builders FOCUS. ## Description This full-time contractual IT Programmer Analyst Lead position will serve as a technical lead for the Maryland Medicaid Information System (MMIS) Reporting Team, designing and delivering programming solutions that support critical Medicaid operations. This position will also combine hands-on application development with team leadership, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to programmer analysts while ensuring high-quality, reliable, and maintainable system solutions.
