## Description

Beach Bum Holiday Rentals & Property Management is seeking a dependable, tech-savvy independent contractor to provide technical support for our vacation rental properties. This role involves assisting guests with technology-related issues, including TVs, Wi-Fi, cable, internet, and streaming services, both remotely and through occasional on-site visits.

Candidates must have open availability, as support requests may occur during business hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional late nights.

Responsibilities

 * Troubleshoot guest issues involving:
 * Wi-Fi and internet connectivity
 * Smart TVs
 * Cable equipment
 * Streaming devices and services (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc.)
 * Resolve technical issues over the phone whenever possible.
 * Visit properties when an on-site solution is required.
 * Set up, replace, and troubleshoot routers, modems, TVs, streaming devices, and other technology.
 * Communicate professionally with guests and office staff.
 * Document completed work and report unresolved issues.
