## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within modern front-end frameworks and mobile environments.
 * Proven track record of optimizing complex systems, with a focus on rendering performance, network efficiency, and state management
 * Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience mentoring senior engineers and driving organizational improvements
 * Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans for stakeholders

Nice to haves:

 * You have gone through a rapid growth in your company (from 10 to 100s of engineers)
 * You have experience building a low latency trading system
 * You have experience with Blockchains (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum etc.)
 * You have experience decomposing a large monolith into microservices
 * You've worked with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, Postgres
 * Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services.
